100% Employee Health Fair In-Network Guarantee

(Continued from Home Page.)

Our competition thought we had finally lost our senses but it was well worth it!

Why, because Health Fairs Direct revolutionized the industry by becoming the first health fair company who did not consider itself a company who found marketing events for exhibitors. Instead Health Fairs Direct became a full service professional corporate health fair coordination company who viewed the CORPORATION as our client and a healthier corporate employee base as our product.

Other health fair providers still try to avoid this topic by saying that they offer in-network providers for their events and hope that no one will notice when they do not deliver. Some still try to convince corporations that if an exhibitor “Will Accept Your Insurance” or “Will Treat Your Employees As If They Are In-Network” is the same as providing in-network exhibitors. Health Fairs Direct proudly educates corporations that this is industry jargon for “out-of-network medical practitioners will be at your event”.

Today, Health Fairs Direct has grown to be the largest, most imitated, full service professional corporate health fair company in the nation. We guarantee that each medical exhibitor who is at your event is associated with an in-network medical doctor. Health Fairs Direct provides an in-network reference guide for corporate employees so they can be sure that they are following up with in-network medical doctors. Health Fairs Direct is also the only company who will take the time to pre-select each exhibitor to make sure that they are in good standing as an in-network provider with your health insurance provider.

Why Is In-Network So Important? For Security, Dependability, Financial Savings and Employee Satisfaction.

Security: Insurance companies have a higher standard for the medical doctors that they accept as an in-network provider. In-Network doctors are continually evaluated to ensure that they meet the professional standards of your medical insurance company. Doctors that are out-of-network just have to have a current medical license and the correct billing code.

Dependability: In order for a doctor to continue in good standing within a medical insurance company’s “Preferred Practitioner Network” they need to continue to show good practice standards, demonstrate professional standards, good judgment and quality customer service.

Financial Savings: Whenever a Medical Doctor is accepted to participate within an Insurance Network they are also agreeing to a billing program that is designed to keep your company’s costs down and to limit the out-of-pocket liability of your employees. Out-of-network doctors can bill and get reimbursed 5 to 10 times more for a single procedure, falsely inflating your company’s total insurance liability which will add to your insurance premium increase.

Employee Satisfaction: Many out-of-network doctors will try to convince your employees that they will not charge the employee anything more than what they would be charged by an in-network medical doctor. Then your employees receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company indicating that they may owe hundreds to thousands of dollars to an out-of-network doctor.

This last point was a major factor for Health Fairs Direct deciding to only use in-network medical doctors for all of our corporate health fairs. We found that this caused confusion for the employees who were told by the doctor’s office that they would not be billed for more than their regular co-pay but the insurance was telling them that they were responsible for the additional charges that the doctor submitted.
