Uses and Disclosures of Health Information
Employee Health Fair Privacy
Any personal or health information is collected solely for the purpose of providing you with the service you have requested for you and your employees. We do not use or disclose any information to any third party unless it has been designated and pre-approved by your organization for aggregate reporting purposes.

Often, our services are provided in open, Health-Fair-type settings, which may not offer complete privacy. You and your employees must voluntarily consent to receiving our services in such a setting. Privacy screenings are available, depending on location, and private nursing consultations can be arranged for during your event. If ordered, you may opt to contact us later, via email or telephone, within two weeks of certain screenings, in order to receive counseling/explanation of results. Please contact us for more information about this process.

Safeguards
OpenHouse Direct Inc and Health Fairs Direct agrees to use appropriate safeguards to prevent the use of or the disclosure of Protected Health Information. Effective as of this Notice Date, OpenHouse Direct, Inc. and Health Fairs Direct agrees to implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Protected Health Information that it creates, receives, maintains or transmits on your behalf.
